2025 Tramy Group Handmade Dumpling & Zongzi Skills Competition Successfully Held
In response to the company’s initiative of "promoting learning through competition, strengthening enterprises through skills," the "2025 Tramy Group Handmade Dumpling & Zongzi Skills Competition" kicked off at 1:00 PM on May 14, 2025, in the Shaomai Workshop. The event brought together 10 top competitors each from the Shaomai Workshop and Steamed Bun Workshop 2, eager to showcase their craftsmanship in a fierce yet inspiring showdown.
Pre-Competition Motivation

Competition Highlights
With the starting signal, contestants dove into their tasks with intense focus. The final results crowned:
Handmade Steamed Bun Group: 1st Zhao Quanfeng, 2nd Hu Huafeng, 3rd Song Yushuang
Zongzi-Making Group: 1st Pan Li, 2nd He Chunhua, 3rd Zhao Wenjing

Pan Li’s performance stood out. With deft movements, she rolled a reed leaf into a funnel, filled it with glutinous rice and jujube, wrapped it tightly, and secured it with a swift knot—completing 49 zongzi in 10 minutes. Her technique, precise and fluid, turned each piece into a textbook example of tradition.
Steamed Bun Artistry
Zhao Quanfeng’s mastery was equally remarkable. From kneading to shaping, her hands moved with rhythmic precision. Each bun emerged as a symmetrical sphere with 18 uniform pleats resembling wheat ears. In 10 minutes, she crafted 54 buns, each weighing over 100 grams—a testament to her meticulous control.

Zhao, who joined Tramy in 2021, evolved from a novice to a champion through relentless practice and mentorship.
