Du Long Studio Awarded Title of Shanghai Model Collective

On the afternoon of May 9, a grand ceremony commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions and honoring recipients of the Shanghai Model Collective, Model Workers, and Advanced Workers awards was held. Du Long Studio of Shanghai Tramy Green Food (Group) Co., Ltd. was conferred the "Shanghai Model Collective" title by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

Established in March 2014, Du Long Studio boasts a team with an average age of 37. Guided by the principles of "technology-led innovation," the collective has distinguished itself through automation upgrades for food manufacturing equipment, optimization of processing technologies, and pioneering R&D in new products and processes. Their contributions have positioned them as a cornerstone of Shanghai's Breakfast Project and the National Potato Staple Food Initiative. To date, the studio has developed over 1,000 products, significantly bolstering Tramy's industrial transformation while earning widespread acclaim across the Yangtze River Delta region from consumers, enterprises, and institutions.

On the afternoon of May 13, the "Centennial Tide, Glory of Labor" – 2025 Pudong New Area Workers' Themed Event – was held with distinguished attendees including Li Zheng, Member of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Pudong New Area District Committee, alongside national/municipal model workers and collective representatives. During the event, Tramy employees delivered a finale performance showcasing the company's commitment to ensuring public food supply and upholding artisan excellence in service of quality livelihoods.

Awarded every five years, the "Shanghai Model Collective" distinction recognizes outstanding contributions to Shanghai's economic, political, cultural, social, ecological, and party-building advancements. This accolade not only honors Du Long Studio's sustained dedication but also underscores the exceptional achievements of Tramy Group as a whole.
