Food Safety Risk Warning Communication Meeting Held at Tramy Group
On the afternoon of April 1, 2025, the regular work meeting on food safety risk warning exchanges, organized by the Shanghai Administration for Market Regulation (Shanghai AMR) and hosted by Shanghai Tianji Technology Service Co., Ltd., was successfully convened at the headquarters of Shanghai Tramy Group. Key officials from relevant departments of the Shanghai AMR, including Food Sampling Inspection, Production Supervision, Catering Supervision, and the Secretariat, attended and delivered remarks. Li Li, Vice President of Tramy Group, shared exemplary practices as an enterprise representative. Representatives from multiple renowned enterprises actively exchanged innovative measures in food safety risk warning work. The meeting also presented the supervision and sampling inspection results for Qingtuan (traditional glutinous rice dumplings) in Shanghai during the 2024-2025 period.
Heads of food sampling inspection divisions from district-level market regulatory bureaus including Huangpu, Fengxian, Baoshan, Minhang, Jiading, and Yangpu participated. Yan Min, Director of the Food Sampling Inspection Department of the Shanghai AMR, emphasized the need to strengthen the preemptive prevention function of food safety risk warning exchanges to fully leverage their role in eliminating risks. She highlighted the importance of building collaborative governance bridges between government, enterprises, and social organizations, improving risk monitoring and coordinated response mechanisms, and comprehensively enhancing data management, risk warning, and closed-loop governance capabilities. Additionally, she called for deepened cooperation in areas such as food safety information sharing, risk analysis, and warning dissemination, empowering the high-quality development of the food industry through the "administrative guidance + technical support" model.
Wang Jiafei, Director of the Office of Tramy Group, provided a detailed introduction to the company's integrated industrial chain system, spanning fundamental research, global supply chain management, smart retail, and catering management. She also showcased the application achievements of digitalization, mechanization, and automation in modern agricultural technology at Tramy's Shanghai Digital Agriculture Base. Ye Feng, Quality Director of Tianzhi Green Food Co., Ltd., representing food production and operation enterprises, demonstrated the Qingtuan production process and the company's internal quality control measures. He provided an in-depth interpretation of food classification criteria, additive usage specifications, and limit requirements under different categories, referencing the GB2760-2024 standard. During the meeting, attendees conducted a field visit to Shanghai Tianji Technology Service Co., Ltd.
In closing remarks, Song Wenlu, Director of the Food Sampling Inspection Department of the Shanghai AMR, underscored the necessity to solidify the foundation of food safety risk warning exchange work and continuously enhance risk prevention capabilities. He advocated for the regular implementation of public-benefit activities like "You Choose, We Test," optimizing the quality of statistical analysis. Director Song also stressed the need for coordinated advancement of "whole-chain" management of sampling inspections, strengthening vertical coordination and horizontal collaboration. Furthermore, he emphasized deepening food safety science communication to raise public awareness, uniting all stakeholders to collectively reinforce the food safety defense line.
