On the occasion of the 2025 Dragon Boat Festival, Shanghai Tramy Green Food (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Tramy Group" for short) upheld its founding mission of philanthropy and social responsibility, launching a meaningful charity campaign titled "Zongzi Reflects Original Aspirations · Tramy Honors Seniors" – Tramy Group 27th Anniversary Gratitude & 2nd "Zongzi for Seniors" Initiative. Rooted in the mission to promote and inherit traditional culture, the event marked a heartfelt tribute to elderly communities and a celebration of the group’s 27-year journey.

Commemorating 27 Years of Growth with Gratitude
To mark its 27th anniversary and give back to society, Tramy Group entrusted the Shanghai Tramy Public Welfare Foundation to partner with the Pudong New Area Representative Office of the Shanghai Seniors’ Foundation. Together, they donated over RMB 100,000 worth of zongzi (traditional glutinous rice dumplings) and Tramy’s signature soybean milk to 27 senior care facilities and elderly assistance organizations across Shanghai. These gifts, imbued with festive blessings and care, delivered warmth to elderly residents in the region.

Leadership Remarks: Upholding Tradition and Social Responsibility
At the donation ceremony, Yu Zhouru, Chairwoman of the Tramy Public Welfare Foundation, stated: "General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of inheriting traditional Chinese virtues and actively participating in philanthropy, urging prosperity with responsibility, integrity, and compassion. Tramy Group remains steadfast in this vision, guided by the spirit of 'prosperity with three virtues.' On the new journey toward building a modern socialist country, this ethos serves as a beacon, illuminating our path and inspiring us to draw enduring strength from our cultural heritage."

Chairwoman Yu further highlighted: "Respecting the elderly is a time-honored Chinese virtue, and caring for seniors is a shared societal duty. Through this initiative, we aim to bring festive warmth and respect to elderly friends, fostering a more harmonious and compassionate society. We hope to inspire broader participation in supporting senior citizens."

Collaborative Appreciation and Future Commitments

On May 26, Yan Huaizhong, Secretary-General of the Pudong New Area Representative Office of the Shanghai Seniors’ Foundation, presented a commemorative plaque to Chairwoman Yu Zhouru in gratitude for Tramy’s contribution. Secretary-General Yan remarked: "Tramy’s generosity provides tangible support to seniors while conveying care and respect. This spirit significantly enhances the well-being and happiness of elderly residents. Our office will maintain close collaboration with Tramy Group to advance elderly care initiatives and contribute to a harmonious society." The plaque presentation ceremony deepened mutual cooperation and laid a solid foundation for future joint efforts.

Festive Warmth and Societal Impact

Amidst the fragrance of zongzi during the Dragon Boat Festival, Tramy Group’s charity initiative shone as a beacon of warmth, illuminating the lives of seniors and society at large. This act of kindness embodies the enduring charm of traditional Chinese virtues and inspires collective action. Let us anticipate more such initiatives, allowing traditional virtues to radiate brilliantly in the new era.
