Tramy Group Awarded 7th National Civilized Unit Title
On May 23, the Central Leading Group for Propaganda and Ideological Culture issued the Decision on Recognizing the 7th National Civilized Cities, Villages, Units, and the 3rd National Civilized Families and Campuses, naming Tramy Group as a recipient of the 7th "National Civilized Unit" honor.
Over 27 years of innovation and entrepreneurship, Tramy has consistently pursued coordinated development of spiritual and material civilization. The group established a "Civilized Unit Establishment Working Group" led by Chairman Shen Jianhua, with department heads as members. Under the guidance of the Party Committee and core leadership, all employees participate actively, implementing a tiered accountability system to drive high-quality growth through cultural advancement.
Ideological Leadership and Cultural Momentum
The Tramy Party Committee aims to build a learning-oriented Party organization and enterprise, institutionalizing regular theoretical study through "three meetings and one lesson" (branch congress, committee meetings, group sessions, and Party lectures). Employees and Party members deepen their understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Party Congress, enhancing political judgment, comprehension, and execution. Core socialist values and the Chinese Dream are promoted through diverse formats to foster lasting cultural progress. The group highlights role models to inspire excellence, while distributing Tramy Family Knowledge Cards on National Civilized Unit Creation to extend cultural outreach to employees' households.
To align talent development with rapid growth, Tramy launched the "Flying Eagle Human Resources Development Program" and established Tramy Business School to cultivate leaders. It also collaborated with Shanghai Open University to offer specialized and undergraduate programs, enabling employees to pursue higher education.
The company actively supports labor cooperation initiatives in Shanghai-Yunnan and Shanghai-Guizhou regions. Under Party Committee guidance, the labor union and Youth League Committee organize the "Tramy Family, Prosperity Together" campaign, providing one-stop employment services for ethnic minority workers in Shanghai, including skill training, mentorship, and life support.
Tramy consistently prioritizes public welfare through initiatives like the "I Do Practical Things for the Masses" campaign, annual participation in Pudong New Area's "National Day Noodle" event, and advocacy for the "Clean Your Plate Campaign." It operates free soybean products education bases and industrial tourism sites, and in 2022, launched Shanghai's first Food and Drug Science Populization Station. To mark the CPC's centenary, Tramy volunteers provided photography services for 100 seniors, gaining widespread media attention.
Industry-Wide Synergy and Social Responsibility
Guided by high-quality Party building, Tramy's Party members serve as key leaders across its full industrial chain, playing pioneering roles in urban food supply, breakfast projects, and COVID-19 pandemic response. The group fulfills social responsibilities by supporting elderly care and vulnerable groups, partnering with institutions like Yangpu District Welfare Institute since 2003 to donate soybean milk annually. Leveraging its industrial chain, Tramy promotes green circular economy through eco-friendly farming, processing, and waste reduction models.
In alignment with China's Rural Revitalization Strategy, Tramy has invested in multiple projects in Shanghai, including Yaolu Village (Xuanqiao Town), Gongping Village (Nicheng Town), Qiaobei Village (Huinan Town), and Xinying Village (Zhuqiao Town). Through four cooperation models (self-built, shared, co-built, and allied), it has developed 7,000 mu of digital, high-standard agricultural bases in Shanghai and 500,000 mu nationwide.
In 2021, Tramy invested RMB 43 million in Yaolu Village's Rural Revitalization Demonstration Project, creating closed-loop agricultural development through industry, services, and culture co-construction. This model boosted village collective income by RMB 2.42 million annually and generated RMB 12.08 million in村民 earnings through Tramy's industrial alliances, salary structures, and property management. Recognized as an exemplary case, it demonstrates a replicable path combining industrial revitalization, brand-driven innovation, technological empowerment, and win-win chain collaboration.
